Not to beat about the bush, the reason Informix don't have a better name is MARKETING! One of their best marketing efforts was when they convinced THEMSELVES that they had finally got a decent marketing dept. Now that WAS loser friendly! Jean-Yves needs to get hold of Diane by the balls (rumour has it she has them) and swing her round his head while she shouts about how good Informix is. That way the faster he swings, the louder she will shout.
