Utils2_ak updated in the IIUG Repository!

I have uploaded an update to my utils2_ak package which is available for download now: Myschema: Fixed a bug that caused some indexes to fail to print. Added support for GRANT SETSESSIONAUTH. Note that dbschema does not yet support this feature first implemented in v11.10. Note that the previous update in January also included support for a feature not yet supported by dbschema: the creation of disabled indexes on external tables. The presence of a disabled index on an external table (enabled indexes are not permitted on external tables) is required in order to load external table contents into the Informix Warehouse Accelerator (IWA).
