I recommend you to reinstall just the software is not necesary a reconfiguration. Just take care of your onconfig,sqlhosts files and obviously any data in your dbspaces. Due to the newer libraries in the former, the software loading order is significant and had to be reverse. Always load the oldest stuff first.
