ids on line but cannot access the database

hi to all i recently succeded to install ids on windows, the first day all worked well but the second day i had my instance on line but i cannot access the databases, i have the following message 908: Attempt to connect to database server (ol_win) failed. 1) i verfied my sqlhosts (on the windows registry) my services file and all is ok 2) "onstat -" gives IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 9.40.TC2 -- On-Line -- Up 00:31:56 --25728 Kbytes i notice to you that i use my machine to connect to internet, isn't here the problem ??? help me please
