Any significant compatibility issues between 7.22 and 31? >I'm assuming since this is a minor rev it's mostly bug fixes etc. As far as I can remember, there are differences between these versions that you should be able to see in the release notes. One thing I remember, is that the page structures changed. We did an inplace upgrade to 7.31 (overnight), but ran into index corruption at about 3:00 in the morning, and tried to revert back due to the business having to be back up in the morning - but in our version (which I cannot remember now), there was a bug in the revert option, so that we were forced to continue (we could not back out). But don't get paranoid because of this, I'm sure this wasn't the case in all the 7.31 versions. If you can, set up a small test, and test it first. Onto a new machine, it should be a lot easier. Except for this, 7.31 was a good version for us (in those days - now we have 9 & 10 which cannot be compared) Dirk > The information on this e-mail including any attachments relates to the official business of DigiCare (Pty) Ltd. Understood. I guess that brings me back to my original question: If they did need to revert back to 7.22 temporarily for some reason, and given they have a valid original license for it, is there any way to find the installation media? I think that would provide some degree of comfort in attempting the upgrade. Even though, as you suggest, the likelihood they'll encounter an issue with the migration is small, it's not null. We've all been there... Paul
