Informix HADR on Hp-Unix

Hi All, I have IDS 9.4 running on HP Unix with HADR configured. I want to add a chunk to my existing dbspace which is fast filling up. The raw device names are different on both primary and secondary server. Can i create a link to the raw device with a same name on both servers and add it to my dbspaces. Thanks in advance, Lloyd

You will need to use a link to the raw devices on each system and make = sure that the link name is the same. Once that is done, then use the link n= ame and not the physical raw device name.
