termcap bold attribute

We are running 4ge code on normal Wyse terminals as vt100's. We are also working on X-stations. It took a bit to configure a termcap that handles most of the key functions. Now that we have it, there is some difficulty with display attributes. It appears that bold and blink do not work. Reverse does and dursor movement is correctly displayed in a display array.
