Using Perl to run sql

hi, I hope to load some tables from files on NT. I hope to use perl script to load them automatically. Can anyone show me how to run sql languages in perl? And what library I should use? If it is not complex, I hope to see a whole .pl file because I don't know perl at all. Appreciate your help.
