Neil, I think you are encountering the same problem we are. Here is the response I got from one of my DBA's who has been working the issue. Yes, he has been bitten by the ISPY bug(s) that appears to have surfaced with the advent of 9.40xC5. Our case is 425989 and IBM is coding a patch for ISPY that will work. Keith was going to forward me the two bug numbers but has not done so yet. The messages that the user sees in the log, as we see in our log also, are an uncorrected bug that manifests itself when ISPY is pointed at any engines 9.40 and above. It adds clutter, but is harmless.
