Looking up a field in an ISQL form... using partial string

I have a form where the user can input into one of four fields and then the relevant rows are retrieved. One is a char(20) field and I want the user to be able to enter a partial string. e.g. if the user input "DAV" then all rows where the value in the field began with "DAV" would be retrieved. Is there any way to do this? Thanks in advance, Kate
