4GL Report/Long Transaction

Hi- I am in the process of debugging a 4GL report. Versions: 4GL 4.10.UE1 ISQL 4.10.UE1 OnLine 4.10.UF3 Running on a Pyramid ES-8(SMP_DC.OSx 1.1-93c063) Problem: The report runs fine if there is a small selection criteria used. However, if a large selection criteria is used, the report will terminate with an "Aborting Long Transaction..." message in the OnLine.log The report use a TEMP table which IS created WITH NO LOG. The report does an INSERT into this TEMP table. This is the only INSERT in the entire report. There are no UPDATES done. Could it be that the engine is using logical logs, regardless of the NO LOG on the TEMP table? If anyone has ever run into this problem and/or know of a work around, I would love to hear what you have to say. Thanks, Brian Lee brian@anasazi.com
