Re: level-0 archive to a DDS3 device failed

Hi! Has anyone used DDS3 (tape used was 12Gb) for their level-0 archive? We have a local DDS3 tape device which reads and writes unix files fine. But when starting level-0 archive using ontape -s -L 0 it came up with error - can not write to archive tape (checked tape was not write protected). We are running IDS 7.20 UC2. I wonder whether this is a 7.20 known bug. By the way, backing up to DLT was fine. Would appreciate your comments. Thanks, Jenny Sih.
