License Failure

Hi Guys, I tried to compile some informix-4gl programs on my new server, and I got the following error. 1506-333 (S) License failure: acquire: No servers available for this vendor (net work license server/library). make: *** [hst_get] Error 1 Can anyone how to look for the info on this error, and what should be done to get rid off this.
