The next step is to get some mailings out (which will probably be blocked by spam trap software - i know mine will:-) and articles in computer magazines etc so I'm watching for that. It also occurs that if IBM is really getting it's chit together, then the sales reps and account managers will start to show signs of improved information, sales, and service.
