In some regards, a "normal" Oracle database behaves much like
an Informix MODE ANSI database. As Art points out, in Oracle,
a table owned by a different user is not automatically seen.
Another example is that you are always in a transaction in an
Oracle database - there is no need to issue a BEGIN WORK statement.
