More in-depth monitoring capabilities (onstat, etc.) - possible GUI add-on for those that prefer GUI. In this sense Oracle seems to be quite good (not that I have much experience), but you can see top SQL's (SQL's using most resources), etc. Also more online capabilities, for the 24x7 companies.
