Are you using Informix SE? If yes, you need to add the location of the database
you cannot see from dbaccess to the environment variable DBPATH.

The message is a little unclear...but....I think you might want to take a
look at groups in the sqlhosts file. There is a very good description in
the Sys Admin manual.
