Informix and NT

Our client has asked us to create a system using NT as the operating system. I viewed Windows NT for the first time at our local Informix sales office. I was put off by the fact that with either SE or ONLINE, administration must be performed at the server's console. For us that would necessitate 1) Having the server be in close proximity to the development staff 2) Have the customer supply a dedicated admin support person at the remote site 3) Create system in UNIX 4) Employ some other DBMS. Has anybody any suggestions about or experiences with Informix "NT"? Any thoughts between using SE vs. OnLIne for a small system? Any thoughts on using a different DBMS?
