I have a 4.10 SE running on an SCO Openserver system and developing version 3 D4GL programs to run against this engine. I would like to write a complicated routine using an object oriented language and I have version 1.1.7 of the JDK and JSDK 2. What would I need to do to get Java to communicate with the standard engine? Is there anything supplied with Dynamic 4GL that I can use? Thanks Shaun Campbell
Hi Shaun, You will need the Client SDK from Intraware's site which includes the JDBC driver from informix. You can download just the JDBC driver ... if that is all you need from there as well. You must however be a member of Intraware ... but its free. HTH, Lloyd AJ Wilson.
