Information wanted on stored procedures and triggers

Hi, Is there anyone in the net who could give me a short and easy to understand example of how (and when) to use triggers and stored procedure in an Informix environment. Perhaps some sqlcode that demonstrates the use of these features. Thanks a lot in advance Rainer
