Full ack with OTC's advice. If you want to be sure that the btree scanners
causes your issue set environment variable TRACECKPT=1; export TRACECKPT #
chatty Checkpoints before starting your instance. You will see if you have
write issues or critical section issues (btscanner) in online.log.

Hello there,
Thank you all for helping me. I found the real source of problem --
few sub-mirrors of RAID-1 disks used for dbspaces have failed. That
was my mistake to check their status only now. I'm sorry for wasting
everybody's time.
