Hi, You can consider trying SimbaExpress. SimbaExpress uses a server-based 3-tier architecture where you have a server working in between your clients and your data source. So all your need to do is to install the Informix ODBC driver on the SimbaExpress server than all of your clients will be able to access the database simultaneously. The installation of the SimbaClient is silent so you won't have to worry about client-side configuations. One advantages of SimbaExpress is that if you ever need to add a database (say Oracle or Sybase) then you can install the ODBC driver on the server then the clients will be able to access both databases without any problem.
