Using dbdelete utility

Nasiha: Honestly, I have never tested any of the utilities in my utils2_ak package on Windows. If no one joins the conversation who has such experience, then reach out to my privately at my direct email art.kagel@gmail.com and I will try to help. For now, what issues are you seeing?
