We changed from 4GL to 4JS BDL a few years ago. It has been very reliable and has more functionality than classic 4GL. We are in the "testing" phase of 4JS Genero. It is very robust. You can use most of your existing 4GL code and just re-compile and it should work fine, but I would recommend sending your 4GL programmers to a Genero training class before you try to implement it.
