LRU Parameters
Hi all !
I've got a doubt and I would like to know if someone can answer it:
In a dual processor IBM 6000 with AIX 4.2.1, 250Mb RAM and
running Informix 7.24 UC1, I found those values in ONCONFIG:
MULTIPROCESSOR 1
NUMCPUVPS 1
SINGLE_CPU_VP 1
LOCKS 25000
BUFFERS 20000
CLEANERS 4
LRUS 32
LRU_MAX_DIRTY 3
LRU_MIN_DIRTY 2
If I'm not mistaken the last two values are in percentage and
if so, aren't they rather odd?.
These values make sense to anyone?
Any help apreciated in advance!
