I hope you are using SQLDriverConnect API in your application ...If so, last parameter in this API is "DriverCompletion" If you supply one of the values for this parameter as SQL_DRIVER_PROMPT/SQL_DRIVER_COMPLETE/SQL_DRIVER_COMPLETE_REQUIRED (for more info refer SQLDriverConnect help in MSDN)....ODBC Driver will keep prompting unless it gets enough information to connect to given database/server.
