Re: MGM Mutex Locks hangs the system
What OS and version?
What Informix version?
What mutex locks? onstat -g mgm gives? onstat -g lmx gives? onstat -s

OS: Solaris 8
Informix Version: IDS - 7.31.FD7
mutex locks are generally MGM mutexes.
with PDQ turned off mgm gives us by all the gates a zero value.
onstat -g lmx usually point to MGM mutex when there is 'S' in thefirst flag column of onstat -u
The system is currently down for maintenance I'll have to check the
onstat -sas soon as possible.
Thanks!
