Metacube: Pros, Cons, or Comments?

I've been doing my data wherehouse--er warehouse studying and now I'm ready for the software. My first book has been "The Data Warehouse Toolkit" by Ralph Kimball, and has been very educational. I'll be on to the Inmon book(s) shortly. I missed Jack Parker's track at the IWUC, so much of my research has been in isolation mode. :-) ( Sorry Jack, there was just too much going on! ) Anyway, is there any consensus from the end-user or Informix employee crowd (Jack?) on Metacube? What's been going on with Metacube? What are the life-cycle plans for Metacube? Will it work with IUS??? Is there a "better" product that competes with Metacube, and what is it? Thanks in advance, Tim
