Does anybody have ideas on ways for revamping old character based 4GL application in a nice graphical window. Constraints : - Server is running under Linux, - Clients may be dumb terminals or Windows, Mac and so on workstations, - Unique 4GL applications for all terminals, - Run-time free licenses if any. Thanks. Pascal Ferrari

Informix Dynamic 4GL scores 3 out of 4; its run times are not free. -- Jonathan Leffler (jleffler@informix.com, jleffler@earthlink.net) Guardian of DBD::Informix v0.60 -- see http://www.perl.com/CPAN #include <disclaimer.h>
Try compiling your applications with Dynamic 4GL. It should give you a comfortable GUI application without any recoding. It would not be as pretty as a VB application but it will work fine.
