URGENT HELP NEEDED ON NORMALISATION

QUESTION:- A legal practice holds data on clients. Currently, one large manual file stores the following details: Name Date of Birth National Insurance Number Address Postal Code Telephone Number Complaints(one complaint can contain many charges) Appeal(Y/N - Default N) Relative Spouse Previous Convictions Court Prison Vists Fee Details(Correspondence, Type, Outlay, Misc, Total Fee) This manual system has to be replaced by a computerised system, making use of a relational database management system eg. Oracle or Access ASSIGNMENT 1) Reduce the above existing data structure to third normal form(3NF) 2) Produce an entity model/LDS and rationalise this with the above normalised structure.
