An X-Windows emulator running on a PC, provides graphical X services. We can use this to send graphics from the NT m/c to a user on a remote PC. When diverting text I/O from stdout on the NT m/c across the network, you also need an 'x-term' program running on the NT m/c. This turns ASCII into a stream of graphic commands and sends them across the network to the X-Server. Where did you get your NT 'x-term' program from? I want one badly! Bye for now Chris Jakeman
