Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Does the 'CURRENT' function, without any parameters, match the granularity of
the table being affected? Fo instance, currently we have datetime fields of
YEAR TO MINUTE, and are capturing the time with a plain 'CURRENT'. If I
change the granularity of the field to DATETIME YEAR TO SECOND will the
CURRENT insert the second?
This is on an Informix 5.x db.
TIA,
-darrel
