Note that files used to store SE tables expand in multiple of the pagesize (usually 2K), which means that some of the free rows indicated by bcheck are not previously occupied rows but rows which have been unused so far. However, for a large table with a lot of deletions, the ratio of 'rows free' to 'data rows' should be a fairly good estimate of 'deleted rows'.
