What's the performance hit on selecting, deleting, inserting, etc.
on a view compared to working with the table directly? This question has
to do with views with no operation (e.g.: columnA - columnB) on columns,
just straight selection.
Example:
create table table_1
(
a int,
b int,
c int,
d int
);
create view table_view as select a, c from table_1 where d = 0;
