ACCESSING TEMP TABLES VIA ODBC FROM ACCESS?

Hi all, I have a question that needs to be cleared up. It is holding up the project. Our database is using Microsoft Access 2.0 on Windows 3.1. In Access we have generated some SQL that is sent to the Informix server to create some temporary tables. However we are having problems. Access (via ODBC) creates a temp table, but that temp table is not accessible from Access. We run the following as a pass through query (tmplist does not exist) SELECT Store, Event, Sales FROM Forms INTO TEMP tmpLIST; delete from tmpLIST; Returns error: "tmplist not in database, " but it is created in Informix (verified via dbaccess) Does anybody have any ideas about what we can do to solve our dilemma.
