installserver issue on 11.10FC2W2

Hello all... IDS 11.10FC2W2 Redhat AS 4.5 installserver is giving the following.... - WARNING: /opt partition has insufficient space to install the items selected. 10.2 MB additional space would be needed to install the selected items. The above partition has 1.4 gb free, clearly enough space for the install. Tried to use the option isnodiskcheck - did not help Installed 11.10.FC2 and installed the W1 over the top of the FC2. PID W1 received the error. Then tried installing PID W2 over PID W1 and got the same issue. The size of the PID drop executable is 128 mb - small compared to install executable from 11.10.FC2. Does anyone have any idea what may be wrong here, or possibly something else that can be tried? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
