Leap Years occur in all years divisible by 400 or evenly divisible by 4 and not evenly divisible by 100. For example, 1996 is a Leap Year since it is divisible by 4 and not evenly divisible by 100. The year 2000 is a Leap Year since it is divisible by 400. -SMP ____________________Reply Separator____________________ Subject: RE: Leap Year: 2000 or 2001? A year which ends in an odd number can never be a leap year. HTH. ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
