Actually I think what they have available today is an html interface to 4gl which falls bit short of full functionality (e.g. field level controls). However, elsewhere on their web (http://www.4js.com/html/compiler.html) they state: "A Java module will allow 4GL applications to run through Internet/Intranet using any standard browser (Q4 1998)."
