Informix-NET problems

I am trying to get Informix-NET and Informix-CLI for Windows 3.11 working. I believe I am setting all of the parameters, environment variables, etc correctly, but when I try to connect with the ilogin demo program, I get a -932 error. FindError indicates this might be a Winsock problem, but I can use all of my other IP applications without any trouble. I am using Novell's Client32 TCP/IP stack and am trying to connect to an Online Workgroup Server v 7.20. I would appreciate any help anyone could offer.
