4GL compilers

Apologise for that. Can anyone please let me know if there is any good debugger for 4GL code. Most of the debugging tools seem to be working with RDS which we do not have anymore as we got rid of that system and we are compiling using c4GL. Other debugging tool seem to work on the intermediate C code which is not what we really want. Any ideas !!!
