OnLine 7.22 Configuration Error

Hi everybody, I am trying to configure an Informix OnLine Dynamic Server version 7.22.UC3 on an SCO Open Server 5.0.2. The installations works smoothly as it says it should in the manual. However, when I get to the configuring part I get the following error $ oninit -i This action will initialize INFORMIX-OnLine; any existing INFORMIX-OnLine databases will NOT be accessible - Do you wish to continue (y/n)? y oninit: Fatal error in shared memory creation The contents of the logfile are as follows 13:05:11 shmat: [EINVAL][22]: shared memory base address illegal 13:05:11 using 0x80080000, needs 0x80400000 13:05:11 mt_shm_init: can't create resident segment 13:06:31 shmat: [EINVAL][22]: shared memory base address illegal 13:06:31 using 0x82080000, needs 0x80000000 13:06:31 mt_shm_init: can't create resident segment 18:22:40 shmat: [EINVAL][22]: shared memory base address illegal 18:22:40 using 0x82080000, needs 0x80000000 18:22:40 mt_shm_init: can't create resident segment 21:03:49 shmat: [EINVAL][22]: shared memory base address illegal 21:03:49 using 0x82080000, needs 0x80000000 21:03:49 mt_shm_init: can't create resident segment I have changed the SHMBASE from 0x82000000L to 0x80000000L as it seems to suggest above but still it won't work. I have set all the environment variables and modified the template onconfig.std standard file just to point to the right ROOTPATH and DBSERVERNAME. I also included the DBSERVERNAME in sqlhosts.
