Divide by Zero Error in MetaCube 3.1

My query is calculating the percentage of one measure to the other (M1/M2) for several measure pairs to appear in one report. Since my query consists of additional measures, using constraints eliminate valid rows if at least one of the conditions of the constraints is met.
