Re: Monitoring Checkpoint duration
Remember, there are still a few OnLine 5.x users out there. Checkpoint
duration is not logged with 5.x. With 5.x, you can put together a script
to watch
for the CKPT keyword in the tbstat - output and log the duration. Not
simple, but possible.

onstat -m returns log entries, including checkpoint durations.
