where are privileges on database level kept?

Informix keeps the privileges granted on tables (and columns) in the system catalog (SYSTABAUTH and SYSCOLAUTH). But where does it keep information about the privileges granted on the databases themselves (i.e. information on who has connect/resource/dba privilege, for each of the databases)? Are there any utilities which can provide me with this information?
