Hi, I seem to have generated a little interest in the tool lsof when I mentioned it in a followup post to this note. The source for this tool can be found using archie. "archie lsof". The following is the output from archie. Host plaza.aarnet.edu.au Location: /security/cert/tools DIRECTORY drwxr-xr-x 512 Apr 19 01:00 lsof Location: /usenet/comp.sources.unix/volume25 FILE -r--r--r-- 101833 Dec 3 1991 lsof Host ftp.uni-kl.de Location: /pub1/packages/cert/tools DIRECTORY drwxrwxr-x 512 Aug 2 05:19 lsof Hope this helps.
