Can't drop table - "Prepare statement failed or was not executed"

Hi guys, Solaris 2.6 on Sun Enterprise 450 box IUS 9.14 UC3 Web Integration Option 1.2 I have a funny problem where after I created a table, I can't insert anything or drop it. Using dbaccess to drop it, it gave "410: Prepare statement failed or was not executed". Using SQL Edit to drop it, it gave "404: The cursor or statement is not available". I tried recycle the IUS database engine, I even tried rebooting the whole box. Neither help. I'm lost... the last thing I wanna do is "oninit -i" to reinitialize the IUS instance. Appreciate any advice. Our Informix support only services us from 9 to 5... Thanks, tata.
