Informix to Oracle interface

We have IDS 10 on a Sun box running Solaris 5.9, and want to be able to access an Oracle table on another machine from within Informix. Specifically, we want to be able to make a view in the Informix database that points to this external Oracle table. Is this possible, and if so, how is it done?
You can only do that using the IBM Informix Enterprise Gateway which is a separately licensed product. Art Art S.
