I'm running IDS 9.30.FC1X2 on HPUX 11i, ordered it a year ago, running it in production 10 months now. But when I tell the lady this she tells me I'm wrong, because her screen tells me that customer is using HP-UX 11.0 (they used to, but have since upgraded). I'm tearing what's left of my hair out trying to get her to order the required products. She's all on her own because the entire UK sales team have done one of their en masse disappearing acts, this time to a sales seminar.
