Hi, I am using DDVB 3.5. Try doing this. Create a table containing 2 field, one as serial number. Insert about 1M rows. Should not take much space. Code a small application which will browse and insert records BY DRAG DROP. Now try inserting one single record. Don't forget to go through SQL TRACE.
