Hi, We have Informix online 5 on AIX 3.5. When executing SQL statements on the server, through telnet or PowerBuilder it will assume database name in upper case though we write it in lowercase. It only works when it is put between quotes. This happens with one server, but not of the other server which has the exact hardware/software running. The problem arise when using PowerBuilder, and login as a user other than the owner of the database. After logging in, and opening any table it will give error table not exists, because it changed the database name from lowercase to uppercase. Any idea??
